Andrew is a recent graduate of Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in May 2024.

Throughout his undergraduate studies, Andrew developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, corporate finance, and real estate strategy. His coursework included Financial Modeling and Corporate Finance, where he gained hands-on experience in building valuation models, analyzing capital structures, and assessing corporate transactions such as mergers and leveraged buyouts. Proficient in advanced Excel tools, including macros and Solver, he applied these skills to optimize financial decision-making.

In Summer 2023, Andrew served as a Real Estate Analyst Intern at The Lynd Company in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, he performed in-depth market studies, feasibility analyses, and regulatory reviews to support multifamily and build-to-rent investment strategies. He also developed strategic plans for office-to-multifamily conversions in urban markets, demonstrating his ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable investment approaches.
