Brent has over 20 years experience in Retail Banking and Commercial Banking and the financial services industry. He has an exemplary track record in strategically directing, leading, and coaching high performing teams and business units. His expertise is in commercial lending, consumer lending, cash management, and portfolio management. He has proven results in sales management, new client acquisition, staff development and business lending.

Most recently, Brent has served as VP Relationship Manager for PNC Bank in Scottsdale, Arizona for the past 2 years. Prior, he worked for National Bank of Arizona for 6 years as a Financial Center Manager and VP Sr. Relationship Banker leading his team at the north Scottsdale Financial Center to a top 5% performing branch the Western Region. He also worked as a Relationship Manager for Silicon Valley Bank in Boulder, CO, managing a $20MM commercial credit portfolio for asset based and venture capital lending clients. Prior to becoming a Relationship Manager, his experience included 5 years managing the business development team for a very successful Mortgage and Commercial Lending broker, Great West Lending Mortgage in Phoenix, AZ.

Brent prides himself in staying active in the community and staying involved in local non-profit organizations including Arizona Magic Community Outreach, March of Dimes and Junior Diabetes Foundation. He has held several leadership roles for local and international networking groups, most recently as Secretary Treasurer for Business Network International.
