Stephanie started her career in residential real estate sales in 2004. She mentored and coached real estate agents and business owners on how to grow their businesses. She was also a part of the launch teams for two Keller Williams real estate market centers in Ohio. In 2013, She moved to Texas with her family and continued down the path of sales and recruitment. She launched the new market Willow Park office for Rattikin Title, performed real estate coaching for various local brokerages, and most recently, launched a residential mortgage company, ProSource Mortgage.


Stephanie has always had a passion for both building relationships and supporting her community through philanthropy. “Live Local, Love Local and Serve Local” is something she says and lives. Stephanie has served on several non-profit boards in Fort Worth and is currently an active board member of A Wish With Wings.


She joined Flatbay Capital as the marketing director and brand ambassador for DFW area. She is excited to bring her business experience, relationship building, and dealmaking to the team. She will strive to partner with businesses to help when they need it most.


She may have been born in Ohio but calls Texas home. Stephanie lives in Fort Worth with her husband and their two children, ages 17 and 14. During her spare time she attends high school football games to see her daughter cheer and son play in the band or is running several charitable events around town.
