CRE Line

Our CRE line allows businesses to borrow against the equity in their commercial property. The product’s revolving feature enables the company to draw on loan proceeds when needed.

• Variable rate, WSJ+ margin plus fees

• Interest only monthly payments on daily average balance

• Periodic draws and paydowns allowed on principal balance

• General working capital
