My Story
Lili Tafilaj is a Business Development Officer at Flatbay Capital, LLC. In this capacity, she helps businesses leverage their real estate assets to generate capital for operations or investment.
Lili started her banking career in 2009 and spent over 12 years at some of the nation’s largest banks where she advised many small to medium-sized businesses on depository, liquidity, credit, and treasury solutions.
Prior to joining Flatbay Capital, LLC, Lili was a Vice President and Business Banking Relationship Manager at Texas Capital Bank where she helps companies up to $25MM in revenue find financing for their operational and investment needs. In addition to Texas Capital, Lili also held various positions at Bank of America and Wells Fargo.
Lili moved to the United States in her early 20s and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Prishtina. She is fluent in Albanian, Bosnian, and English. Lili is an avid runner, finishing multiple marathons and half marathons. She loves to stay active and spends most of her spare time with her husband, three kids, and family living abroad.
